MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009): Pop or noise when using analog audio output

You may occasionally hear a "pop" or sudden noise with the analog audio output on the MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009) when you wake the computer from sleep and the audio output is set to Sound Input.

Cannot select GeForce 9400M graphics in Windows on MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2008), MacBook Pro (17-inch, Early 2009), MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2009), and MacBook Pro (17-inch, Mid 2009)
