Safari 3.2 for Windows: Install “Update for Root Certificates” via Windows Update to get Extended Validation Certificate notification

Safari 3.2 for Windows can notify you when visiting websites that are secured with Extended Validation (EV) Certificates.  You need to install the optional "Update for Root Certificates" via Microsoft Windows Update to see this notification. The notification is visible as green text to the left of the secure padlock icon.   Click the green text or padlock to see the EV Certificate details.   However if you have not yet installed the optional "Update for Root Certificates" via Windows update, you will not see the green text when visiting a secure website (you will just see the padlock icon, which indicates that the security of the website is intact).  It will just not have the special indication that the certificate used to secure the website is an EV certificate.
