It can't be seen by other users. When a user ask for your Snap, you can either : - accept : we send them your Snap on Hoop - or decline : we don't let them know that you declined • Collect diamonds! • You like a profile ? Then use 10 diamonds to ask for their Snap! You can also use your diamonds to customize your profile.
