Passes the $426.70 mark it hit briefly one day in mid-October
This should be a good day to watch Apple (AAPL). It finished Friday with a record close of $422.40 and within minutes of Monday' opening bell had surpassed its all-time intraday high of $426.70.

New analysis suggests the payoff could be seven fold greater if it holds out for a win
In a note to clients issued Monday, Deutsche Bank's Chris Whitmore lists four possible outcomes of the patent wars being fought in courts around the world between Apple (AAPL) and the Google (GOOG) Android ecosystem:

MG Siegler argues that if you sold your Apple stock last October, right after the company’s Q4 2011 earnings report, you are an idiot and/or a moron. After all, Apple’s stock price closed at $398.62 on October 19, and it closed at $422.4 last Friday (a respectable 6 percent bump).

Who are the 1% who are sucking up half the world's cellular bandwidth?
It's tempting to blame -- as many headline writers have -- Apple's (AAPL) newest iPhone and its voice-activated personal assistant for the fact that 3% of mobile users now consume 70% of the world's bandwidth, up from 40% in 2009.
After all, the...
