Lion Server: Unable to use Bluetooth Keyboard in Server Assistant

When you are setting up a new Mac mini Server or Mac Pro with Lion Server via Server Assistant, you may notice that you can pair a Bluetooth mouse or trackpad with the server, but you cannot pair a Bluetooth keyboard.
