The contestants start their week with a holiday food temptation involving Thanksgiving favorites and amazing prizes, including a coveted 3 lb. advantage. Later, trainers Bob Harper, Anna Kournikova and Dolvett Quince prepare a healthy Thanksgiving dinner for the players, and everyone shares what they are most thankful for, with one trainer sharing a surprising revelation. Then it's the toughest challenge of the season so far with an outdoor, one-mile high climb on Jacob's Ladder treadmill climbers. The top finishers win special prizes with a "Pay it forward" twist. Later, one contestant does something considered uncharitable by the others, leading to friction at the elimination table before another player is sent home. Alison Sweeney hosts the series. |
