Model scout Kristen Kotik discovers 16-year-old Cheyann in a small town outside San Francisco and works at building up her confidence in order to take her to New York. Her sweet exterior may get her foot in the door--but her lack of self-assurance is holding her back from truly impressing as a model. Meanwhile, Utah native Gina doesn't have the typical model look, but her unique facial features captivate scout Erin Olson who can't wait to bring her to the Big Apple.
