Safari: SyndicationAgent keychain alert occurs even if RSS updating is disabled

Even if you disable Safari's "Automatically update articles" RSS preferences, you may still see an alert that SyndicationAgent would like to access your keychain after a software update. This can happen if you have MobileMe bookmark syncing enabled. The MobileMe sync requires SyndicationAgent to have access to your MobileMe password.
