Stephen J. Cloobeck, the Chairman and CEO of Diamond Resorts International, is going undercover as a man pursuing his dream job in the hospitality industry. In the last few years Diamond Resorts has acquired many new properties, all of which, according to Stephen, need to be brought up to “Diamond standards.” Stephen hopes that while undercover he’ll see that considerable progress has been made on renovations companywide and that the employees are upholding his ‘meaning of yes’ motto to ensure the best guest experience possible.
