Sande Cranford and Jim Wright own Chill, a failing yogurt shop that has added coffee, baked goods, sandwiches, you name it to the menu. Jim runs a successful bar and Jim's daughter runs a successful pizza shop both of which are right around the corner. But Sande's effort to turn her love of yogurt into a business is failing miserably.Their products are low quality, their staff is unprofessional, and their business is unfocused.
