Chris Brown is under investigation for allegedly stealing an iPhone from a fan while in South Beach last weekend. Christal Spann tells police she took a photo of Chris Brown and Tyga leaving nightclub Cameo getting into a black Bentley. Christal Spann says Chris Brown reached out of the car window and told her, "Bitch you ain't going to put that on no website," and drove off with her phone. No arrests have been made nor has a warrant been issued for Brown in this case, but TMZ is reporting that the incident is currently under investigation. However sources claim the Florida State Attorney's Office is prepping a warrant for his arrest on suspicion of "robbery by sudden snatching." Chris Brown is still currently serving 5 years of probation as a result of assaulting Rihanna back in 2009, so if he is found guilty of robbery, it could very well land him behind bars.
