Apple, Australia talks fail on changing new iPad’s 4G name – Electronista
Although the iPad can't connect to Australian LTE at present, it still has 4G hardware inside. Apple has previously argued that the HSPA+ 3G that Australia can use is technically definable as 4G in some areas.
