My pair of 2011 RXTx 260 HP SUPERCHARGED SEADOO'S have sunk 3 or 4 times. They have been nothing but problems since the day I purchased them NEW last summer from Dick Lanes, Grand Lake OK. I have owned nearly every make and model of watercraft since I purchased my first stand up jets skis from Action Cycles in the mid 70's. I have been following Dick Lane loyally for over 30 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences for me, my friends and my family. I purchased these NEW last summer from Dicks son in law, and they have been the most miserable unreliable purchases along with the worst product knowledge and worst customer support that I have ever dealt with in my life. Jeff has been nothing but cold, rude and unhelpful. Jeff has now called me and told me to take my skis somewhere else to have them worked on. Again, no consumer help. The skis have sunk 3 or 4 times, I have been charged $1500 to change the oil when it should have been warrantied. I informed him multiple times that the SEADOO'S are taking on water and I hope this video makes it extremely clear where the water is getting in, (note to all SEADOO owners with rear compartments) it's just been brushed off as if it was just driver error. These skis have not only been under water but they have been driven with water over the top of the engine. It took me returning them 2 to 3 times just to figure out how to switch modes and operate the new features correctly , I was given NO product knowledge NONE. Call to <b>...</b> |
