I try my new cKc XL Necker out with a swipe cut against Long Island bamboo. I got this from www.sellyourknife.com and on youtube under knivesandstuff. Maker is Kyley Harris out of New Zealand and his company is cKc Knives. He is a young knife maker who specializes in the convex edge and bevel, along with ergonomics and hand safety in mind, and a finish level that makes these confident to use and use hard, and not a "closet queen". He is a great guy! Filmed on my iphone 4s. |
