Apple Configurator: Can’t install locally-stored iOS Update

When you try to install an iOS update on a connected device, the installation may appear to proceed, but the device does not actually get updated. This may occur when you have selected a locally-stored copy of the iOS update (ipsw) file. If you later move the ipsw file, Apple Configurator will continue to look for it in the previous location whenever you try to install that version of iOS.
