Apple TV: Photo Stream unavailable after updating Apple TV software

When iCloud updates the Terms of Service, Apple TV may display the following symptoms until you have accepted the new Terms of Service: Unable to view Photo Stream content on Apple TV. Screen savers using Photo Stream may display no photos or images. An alert appears stating "Photo Stream Unavailable. The iCloud Terms of Service have changed."
