This video was recorded on the iPhone 5: www.lockergnome.com iPhone 4S Footage: youtu.be File Size: 426MB Total Stream BitRate: 16.9 Mbps Codec Profile: High@L4.1 Frame Rate 25.445fps Total Frames: 5134 My notes: * This is NOT necessarily a video stabilization test * The iPhone 4S audio is muffled, though I don't think I was covering its mic * The iPhone 4S did seemingly not autofocus as well as the iPhone 5 * iPhone 5 colors were more accurate, richer (especially in lower light) * iPhone 5 produces sharper images (overall), especially in low light * iPhone 5 does a better job balancing an array of colors in the scene * iPhone 5 blacks are absolute darker * iPhone 5 records better contrast (some iPhone 4S scenes look washed out) * iPhone 4S video size was 80MB larger (with slightly higher "everything") |
