The man snatched the mobile from 20-month-old Luella Reid while she was watching a cartoon on it. Her mum Danielle Hinnigan had her back turned when the thief — who wore glasses and appeared to be middle-aged and greying — grabbed the device from the little girl before calmly walking away. |
