New data shows signs of stabilization within the index with a small rally starting to percolate

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (March 23, 2016) – Current construction costs fell again in March, said IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS) and the Procurement Executives Group (PEG). The headline current IHS PEG Engineering and Construction Cost Index (ECCI) registered 44.6 this month, up from 41.3 in February. The headline index has been consistently below the neutral mark for 15 months.
